Bufulubi 10MW Solar Farm in the Jinja District of the Republic of Uganda

LeadEPC UGANDA LIMITED has been awarded the Main Subcontract for the Bufulubi 10MW Solar Farm in the Jinja District of the Republic of Uganda.

Our scope consist of the Civil works which includes the Main substation, Secondary substations, Roads and associated earthworks for the Project, also the Installation of approx. 2800 piles to be rammed into the ground with our own ramming machines. The fitment of the Nclave Single-axis Tracker system onto the piles which will house the approx. 32,000 PV modules.

LeadEPC UGANDA LIMITED will also be responsible for the Electrical Installation and Reticulation of the Solar Plant which includes the Earthing and Lightning protection system, DC and string Inverters system, LV and General LV system, also the Medium Voltage AC system which will provide the electricity produced to the Grid.

LeadEPC UGANDA LIMITED will also install the CCTV and monitoring system for the Solar Plant.
